Orders are processed after successful order confirmation. We may contact customers by phone when necessary to verify order or delivery information.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.
5. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to:

- Courier service interruptions

6. Receiving Your Order

If a customer refuses an order or the courier cannot deliver because of incorrect information or the customer’s unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
